Payment Flow and Delivery Policy:
We aim to deliver our seminars within one calendar month of taking payment from you.
Payments are made in full.
We deliver all of our seminars ourselves.
Refund / Cancellation Policy:
The only circumstances in which we’ll be able to refund your ticket purchase is if we change the date of the seminar. By entering your credit card/debit card details you agree to pay the full fee, and accept our zero refunds policy. In the event that you can’t make it you may send a substitute to the event, at no additional cost. To make a substitution, or for any other queries about our seminars, please email [email protected]
